Boutique Advisory for Startups, SMEs, and NGOs

Ferhan Osseili, Consultant
Since June 2024, I have been supporting startups, SMEs, and NGOs in building, managing, and strategically developing projects and initiatives with a focus on operational sustainability. My work sits at the intersection of legal analysis, strategic design, and practical implementation. My professional expertise centers on the design and execution of complex projects, the structuring of processes, and the optimization of existing workflows and organizational structures. I bring several years of experience in developing, assuming ownership of, and managing national and international projects, both at a strategic level and in operational delivery. Previously, I held various roles in the Swiss legal sector spanning sales, marketing, and product development, most recently in a leadership capacity and as a product owner. My professional background also includes legal work in Germany, academic research assistance at a university, and running my own agency in an international context. I am also a co-founder of a platform dedicated to public international law and volunteer with a human rights NGO in Switzerland. I studied law at the University of Konstanz, with a specialization exam in European and International Private and Civil Procedural Law. If you are interested in a collaboration or would like to discuss a specific project, feel free to get in touch.
Services
Project management encompasses the strategic and operational development, management and oversight of projects. From defining objectives through to structuring and implementation, progress and costs remain transparent at all times. This provides a clear basis for decision-making and ensures reliable implementation during day-to-day operations.
For companies or NGOs facing internal conflicts, external disputes or sensitive decision-making processes. I support structuring the situation, preparing key conversations, and coordinating with lawyers or other external partners. Discreet support, tailored after an initial clarification.
